My personal opinion: Atomic Habits by James Clear is a revolutionary book in the realm of personal development and habit formation. I have read the book and listened to the audiobook multiple times. It stands out as a game-changer for those seeking to transform their lives, whether by instilling new, positive habits or by eradicating detrimental ones. Easy-to-follow steps in a PDF file can be downloaded at JamesClear.com. At the core of James Clear's philosophy is the concept of making 1% improvements every day. This seemingly small and manageable approach is what makes the book highly accessible and practical for a broad audience. Mr. Clear effectively dismantles the overwhelming notion that significant change requires drastic, immediate actions. Instead, he advocates for consistent, incremental changes that compound over time, leading to substantial and sustainable transformation.I created a daily habit tracker (for each month) in Google Sheets covering 8 dimensions of wellness (see picture): physical, financial, spiritual, emotional/mental, occupational, social, intellectual, and environmental. I then write 1-3 habits I want to form or eliminate under each dimension and track them. Atomic Habits is one of my favorite books on self-improvement. I wish you a good life!

5.0 out of 5 stars Very good read to get your mind around setting habit..
Reviewed in the United States on January 18, 2024
Really love the book. Has helped me understand how to set myself up for success even if that means small tiny differences in my day but at least some progress forward is better than no progress at all. Really made it easy to understand the thought process behind it, and how to do it just from the beginning. I am someone who has been on a health journey for a few years now and been successful and losing 90 pounds so far and right when I felt like I’ve been in a rut, this book has helped me understand how to progress my mindset, definitely recommend for beginners, and for people who may feel like they’ve been in a bit of a rut on how to create better habits.
