To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
I got this to use with my Nikon D850. (I have two Ninja Blades which I use with D7200s.) Frequently when I turn on this Inferno I get a message that I need to update the firmware. I’ve updated it several times. I discovered if I just turn it off and then on again, the message does not appear and the unit runs fine. My two Blades do not do this—strange. Other than that, the unit records beautiful video. I needed the 4K capability with the D850 and the screen is much larger than the Ninja Blades. The case and accessories are good— really essential to have.
Noisy fan, gets really hot. Didn't include the Sunshade anda lot of the space is wasted. I guess it's a good thing they are designing a 5 inch one because this is really huge I wouldn't recommend using it on any hand held rig. So this pins you to a tripod. I'm not thrilled to find out that they don't take returns if you have an issue.
The features would be nice but I don't know if it's worth the extra complication, noise, and weight. It's also really intimidating to brides if you're using it for novice actors or real events it's going to intimidate your subject.
