About the Author
The daughter of child psychologist Sidney W. Bijou, Jude Bijou earned a B.A. from Reed College and an M.A. in psychology from Carleton University. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist, professional educator, and longtime student of Eastern philosophy. Her Attitude Reconstruction theory evolved from her desire to lead a happy fulfilled life. Jude lives in Santa Barbara, California.
