The Attraction Equation (A Love Undercover Romantic Comedy Book 2) Kindle Edition
"A truly heartwarming story of opposites attract...covered in laughter, witty repartee, lots of banter, and not to forget, a totally lovable little mutt named surprisingly T-bone...which speaks to Gina's unique personality and sense of humor." -Becky B., Goodreads
"Ms. Scott has a writing style that will suck you in and make you a part of the shenanigans...a splendid story!" -Katrina B., Goodreads
"Ms. Scott hooked me from the get-go! I love a fake relationship story. Toss in an opposite attracts element on top of that, and you've got a recipe for a book hangover! THE ATTRACTION EQUATION delivers!" -Victoria B., Goodreads
"This was such a great story. From start to finish I was enthralled and could not put the book down. I love the banter, and this is a sexy story from start to finish. These are really great characters that I hope we will see again." -Linda B., NetGalley

Gina is subletting her best friend's apartment till she returns from Paris. One day she is caught by the handsome and sexy neighbor, sneaking a puppy out of the building. The puppy she adopted for her brother as a Christmas gift. The same puppy that her best friends apartment building does not allow.
Max is in a bind, his family keeps trying to fix him up. Thanksgiving alone had three single females in attendance to be his perfect mate. So what does he do? He lies and tells his mother that he is dating someone. Well that back fired. She insist on him bringing his new girlfriend to Christmas. Damn!! Now what. When Max catches a stranger coming out of his neighbors apartment, he sees a way out of his predicament. So he blackmails Gina into being his fake girlfriend.
As Christmas nears and they spend more time together he notices the changes that keep happening because of Gina and he is leery. No one has ever been able to deal with his controlling nature. This scares the crap out of him.
Gina notices odd things about Max. He is a control freak. He has no color in his life and he has to do everything the same way every day. She believes that he has OCD and it has gone untreated for years. He walks around and fixes things to match his thoughts of straight. Everything has to point to a certain angle, he drinks coffee certain times of the day, wakes up at the same time every day and no one stays at his place. Can she fit into his life? Can he handle her chaos?
This book was so good. I am loving this Undercover Series. Each book is can be read as a standalone. I love the characters and the geek charm these books have. I love the snarkiness of the characters and geeky jokes. They make such an entertaining read. Plus who doesn't want to read about FBI guys that are freaking hot!!
This book is funny, sweet and hot as hell. I can't wait to see if Kadie puts out another book in this series. I am so hooked. Maybe the new guy Brandon will be next.
It makes for some interesting drama when it comes to the new next door neighbor who is messy and *gasp* has a dog! How can two such different people possibly end up with a happy-ever-after? Kadie Scott does an interesting job of getting us there. There is fun and drama, all set a nice pace.
Just what I needed to brighten the gloomy, rainy days that are currently plaguing the area
Max is sweet under his gruff, control freak exterior. Gina is feisty and pushes him in a good way. They have magnetic, opposites attract kind of chemistry.
