Wonderful chemical-free haircolor! The shade of this color is very natural, and so close as to be almost exactly like the color of my youth. I am allergic to so many things from antibiotics and medications to grasses to soaps, etc. but I have been hospitalized for hair dye. This was so easy to use and very natural, with no chemical additives to close my trachea. Great product!

Review not from Greg, from wife! Love this product. I have used drug store hair color for years, only to find out that many of the chemicals are linked to cancer, so I decided to go gray. Then I found out about this product. Advantages: covers gray subtly, not completely, with a tone that I would call "mink". Also, it's just ground up herbs, so it's safer. Disadvantages: It's messy, so just go with the flow and apply it buck naked sitting in a bathtub. You have to wait 90 minutes, so bring a magazine. Wear the shower cap provided or it will ooze all over. Just pretend it's a mudpack and have some fun. Also, as mentioned, it provides only partial coverage but that is why I like it. If I do the application just right, it actually looks like I paid a fortune to get soft brown highlights. Very natural looking. If your face looks 50 but your hair looks 20, people know that you color. Then the roots start growing out and it's a real mess. But if you take the edge off of existing gray and leave a hint of muted gray, it looks believable. Another disadvantage: pay attention to the water you use or you may get imperfect color. Bonus: I like the fact that they are a socially responsible company.

I have a severe allergy to PPD. I had even tried henna and would still have a severe reaction. My scalp would have these disgusting sores and my scalp hurt and itched for weeks. From research I found out that even the henna contained PPD! Anyways long story short I'm 31 and very grey. Thought that I would never find anything for me. I didn't care if I found something that turned my greys purple. As long as I wasn't grey. This product worked! It works bottom line. My greys turned to a light brown and made my hair look like I had highlights... As I have medium brown hair. And it lasted almost a month. This product saved me. I will not have to go grey at 31. Also I'm trying to get pregnant and this product has no chemicals! Love love love this product.

First I would like to say...I had a Great outcome with this product. My hair was a very beautiful color, it even covered the grays well, and it felt very healthy and shiny afterwards. However, the product is messy and a bit challenging to rinse out. Hence I gave it four stars instead of five. I have recommended it to my friends that have patience. :)

I became allergic to the hair color I was using that they supply at the salons. My option was to go grey, which is not an option for me, or find a hair color that was chemical free. There aren't a lot of options out there, and my greys are getting more resistant it seems. Although Color Me Natural took 2 hours to set, and smells pretty bad, it held on to my grey much better than Palette By Nature. Bummer that it only comes in Dark Brown and Mahogany, I could have used a little lighter brown, but I can't complain, because it did what it's supposed to do. I'm in and ordering my next batch!

This is not organic as claimed, its terrible! I've tested on my skin and my skin was irritated so of course didn't dare use on my hair. Nope! Won't purchase again. True at the moment there are no organic hair colors but some are better than most, this product awful.

I love this product. I am allergic to all other hair dyes. This is the only product that I can use to color my hair. Without it I would be completely grey. It gives me a beautiful dark brown color.
