🍆x4 possessive men:
Two Alphaholes who are emotionally crippled, one OTT jealous Alpha who hates sharing and one very sweet but troubled man
⚠️ If you love angst, you'll love this one!!
👩🦰 Spirited and compassionate FMC. Note, she's not a kick@ss character: she's a nurturer.
🔥 Steamy scenes - dominate men in and out of the bedroom. No BDSM or D/s. Just pure Alpha-ness. 👏
A world and system so against the characters that the men become just as devoid and cruel as it's Master. Where a new harem is so fragile and painfully complex that the men wrestle with their jealous demons and anti-hero nature constantly.
These are IMPERFECT characters.
Cultures and personalities clash.
These characters are absolutely FLAWED.
Remember, the men have adapted to a cruel world in order to survive: an environment where everyone is suspicious of each other. It was refreshing to read a story where every character had demons and the Author stayed true to the story.
Yes, you will become frustrated with these characters. But I actually appreciated the fact that the Author made NOTHING EASY.
There was no plot device to smooth things over.
There are no special powers in use here.
The harem must learn to work together or they'll fail together.
Those are the choices. 👏👏👏
This was a good, solid read by a new RH Author (she's written other books, but this was her first RH) and I'd rate it a solid 4 stars.
The ONLY reason I deducted a star was because of Hannah. She is very naive and takes risks before thinking. I understand her character is a "nurturer" but the *extreme naivety is a bit much given the circumstance of being in an all male prison.
But I'm definitely looking forward to continuing their story which concludes in the next book.
In conclusion, as a daughter of an English teacher, I have to mention that there were a few typos but not enough to distract from the story. I look forward to reading the continuation of the story in part 2 as well as many more of this writer's works in the future. Kudos!

I haven’t read anything by this author before and didn’t have any expectations - just picked this book because I like stories about redemption of convicts and/ or bad guys and was pleasantly surprised.
Hannah and her men aren’t bad people at all but caught in a manipulative and exploitative world.
I‘m happy to notice that the second part of this story will be out shortly.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

The way four different types of men, each with their own tragic past, were pulled together by one woman was brilliant. The storyline is thrilling, in depth and is making you beg more for more! It's amazing how I fell in love with the different characters, each had their own way of doing so.
I can not wait for the next one Julie!!
