Surprisingly, family likes this. Their recipe makes it a bit watery so we use less water and have it sit a bit longer. It does have a bit of a salty taste so if you like that get this. Even if you don't it is easy to ignore. Easy to prepare, and easily allows a little chef-like tailoring for variety so you can serve it a few times in a week. We manage to incorporate some of our leftover side dishes now and then so we solve two challenges at once. We also like to toss in some TVP, it blends seamlessly, and gives some added bulk.
