    No matter what I did, I couldn’t get it to work. The directions, through the app, are not entirely helpful, and for the price I paid, it isn’t worth the aggravation.

    Update: not only did it never work, the batteries exploded after leaving it for a few weeks.

    I never heard from support, so, In my book, this very expensive lock is no better than a paperweight.

    Definitely DO NOT recommend!
