Just received the my Aurora12 sheet cross- cut paper shredder it looks good from the outside but the cutting blades are rusted as you can see the picture. Hoping the company will take action and get their products check before shipping them to the respective customers. Disappointed and Dissatisfied.

Great value for the money, especially when you need to protect your information. Feels sturdy but lightweight. It has two parts, the shredder on top and a plastic waste basket on the bottom. Love that it is cross-cut. Looks professional. Small enough to place in a corner. A perfect shredder to get for your home. Can shred paper as well as thicker material such as credit cards. Has three buttons: auto, off, and reverse. I keep it plugged in but only turn it on when I need it. Can hold maybe 100 sheets of paper or less at a time but I would recommend emptying it out before it gets full.

Ayer estuve trabajando con papeles, y se nota que hace el trabajo bien. No se me atoró en ningún momento. Pero si hago “breaks”. Cuando noto que se caliente (son después de unos 5 min) lo dejo enfriar media hora. Aunque hay un foco que indica si sobrecalente. Yo no espero a que este foquito se prende. De esta forma me ha funcionado muy bien la trituradora.
Normalente no tengo tantos papales pero ahora en una limpieza hay un poco más.
No creo que se puede con 8 hojas a la vez. Ya con 4 ya se nota que le cuesta. Pero no lo veo tan impórtante. Lo más importante es que no se atora.
