This is my second bottle of Murray salt. In no other words, my wife and I are addicted to this salt. It has a wonderful taste and crunch to it, and it simply melts in your mouth. I used it for everything now. My favorite? To put it on my eggs in the morning, or my hummus when I'm snacking. My wife has started putting it in small bottles and taking it with her everywhere.

There are cheaper salts on Amazon, even tempting by price point, but don't be fooled. True taste & quality costs a little more but well worth it. Bravo to the guys at Zuuna for putting out great stuff!

Being from Australia originally, I like to try products from there. On a recent visit I noted that many chefs use this finishing salt. I couldn't find any in the shops there so ordered this online. It has a nice delicate saltiness, great to put on those wonderful summer tomatoes and anywhere you need a little zing. This is naturally pink from the Murray River area.

Seriously, someone tell my wife that fancy salt isn't supposed to go on everything. I think she loves this too much. If you haven't tried it, you should. It's delicate and amazing.
