S. C. Buyuk says:
Will this include an auto-rip version of the album if purchased through Amazon?

Paul Keeler says:
That's actually the first thing I asked myself when I saw this was up for pre-order. I hope we get an answer soon!

Posted on Jun 18, 2014, 10:44:22 AM PDT
My first thought as well. I would order it now if that was the case.

Posted on Jun 18, 2014, 10:44:35 AM PDT
I hope so, the last weird al album was auto rip

Posted on Jun 18, 2014, 10:50:34 AM PDT
I would order this if I knew that was autorip... Sure would be cool if the description was updated to indicate this one way or the other; for now, I will just wait and see what I have to do to buy Mp3 version :)

R. Ruane says:
Every Pre-order i've been interested in has never said if auto-rip is available until the release date. Come on Amazon, don't you want our money early ? Let us know if we are going to get auto-rip with our pre-orders

Posted on Jun 24, 2014, 8:44:15 AM PDT
B. Laird says:
As others have said, I would pre-order immediately if I knew I'd get auto-rip.

S. C. Buyuk says:
No response from Amazon regarding this question? Sigh.... I will just have to wait then.

Posted on Jul 1, 2014, 9:16:59 AM PDT
When this first showed up, it Said Auto-Rip, but that was on day 1, I haven't seen it since, I hope so.

Posted on Jul 1, 2014, 11:24:15 AM PDT
Well the Amazon MP3 version of the album is up for pre-order now, but it still doesn't say Auto Rip on the CD version....

Posted on Jul 1, 2014, 4:14:21 PM PDT
I'm also hoping there will be Auto-Rip, that way I can listen at 12:01 AM instead of having to what for my CD delivery to arrive! ;)

Posted on Jul 5, 2014, 3:54:34 PM PDT
I guess we all have to wait to see.

Henry Gutbub says:
I'm also very interested to learn whether or not the CD includes Auto-Rip. I would pre order now if I knew for sure it does. Since Amazon hasn't told us the answer, I'll just end up picking the CD up in the store, and rip the CD myself. Then I'll upload the mp3 album to my Google Music library.

Aaron E says:
I just asked this question on Twitter and the reply I got from @AmazonHelp was "Looking at the album, the physical CD doesn't include AutoRip. So you will not receive the MP3's with it for free."

Chris Beeman says:
I know some of you already probably explained what AutoRip means, but every time I see that term, I think I'm ordering some kind of CD-R.

Dash Rendar says:
AutoRip is a feature on Amazon where if you buy a CD from them, you get the MP3 version for free, added to your cloud. They've been doing it for a while now, even retoactively, giving you MP3s of many of the past albums you may have bought. They don't do it for every CD of course, but most of Al's have been included. Still waiting to know before I order.

Chris Beeman says:
So it doesn't have anything to do with the CD itself. Thanks for clearing things up.

Shawn says:
Well, it's out today and still no Auto Rip listed. I guess I have to wait for my CD to get here so I can rip it myself.

So disappointed to not have autorip for this! I'm sure my coworkers are not, but the additional wait for the new ALbum is torture.

matlok says:
No autorip, huh? Guess I'll purchase it somewhere else.
