Format: Paperback
While this book was published a number of years ago, it remains a classic and stands out in its field.

Perhaps one of the most universal and inelastically-demanded opportunities for the entrepreneur is servicing automobiles. While reliability has been improved, there are still limitless opportunities for repairing cars.

You don't believe me? Then how can you explain the constantly increasing popularity of Tom and Ray, the brothers who have run "Car Talk" on NPR for so many years?? People keep cars longer and want to keep them running at a reasonable cost. In comes Mark Handley, telling the auto service community how to assure continued increase in market share for strong service.

Still don't believe me? Then explain how it is that one of the Magliozzi brothers has a degree in marketing in addition to an extensive egineering background. It's no accident [pardon the pun].

Let Mark Handley, the tiger of marketing, set you straight in this forthright, clear and honest evaluation of this burgeoning field.
