I am just about to finish this book, but I can say that if you are in the automotive business you owe it to yourself to become familiar with Kathi's work. The book is put together in easy to read sections that are about the same length as a blog post. Kathi covers a ton of great info and tells you things that have and haven't worked for others so you can learn from their mistakes. That alone is worth the price of admission.

It is an easy quick read that is clearly designed for those of us in the business who tend to be a little, how should i say this, A.D.D. (that pretty much sums up car people).

Working in the auto industry for the last 25 years or so I have learned how to sell, train and manage fairly well. I know the things that make a dealership run smoothly and profitably... Kathi has a unique understanding of the car business having worked in it for some time and not just at an entry level! There are many great digital 'guru's' out there that speak way over the heads of many dealers, which helps them build value in their own services I guess, however Kathi has the knowledge of a guru and speaks the language of car folks which makes her book by far the most useful that I have ready to date! As a once upon a time GM dealer who operated successfully with transparency and a strong referral business within the niche market of commercial trucks, I understand how social media is a powerful tool for success. For those who know how to operate and create a following it can become a creative and efficient why to market deep within ones customer base. For those who dont get social media, it becomes a struggle and a place to fear retribution. Kathi is thorough in walking one through the strategy for making it a success and predicting the changes to come in the auto business. Yes more changes! Dealers you have your own data leads, so why are you looking for lead providers and cutting your grosses? Be TRUE to yourselves and read Kathi's book.
