1. Why can’t I turn on the speaker?
Maybe the battery in the speaker ran down, please charge it and try again.
Or you can use other micro USB charging cables or wall chargers to see if it can be powered on.
Highly suggest you to charge it at least once a month if you don’t often use it.
2. How to fix the noise issue of the speaker?
Please try other audio source, or turn the device to other modes (SD card mode or AUX mode) to have a try.
Suggest you to reset the speaker and have a try again - press and hold 'Power' button & 'Multifunction' button for 1 second until LED indicator is off.
3. Why the volume is low when using with my device?
Maybe the volume of the speaker / devices / audio app is low, please turn all of them to full volume.
The orientation of the speaker may affect the volume, please put the speaker side that printed ‘Avantree’ logo facing you when biking.

I have several bikes, so I could not use the included bottle cage. The problem is that the Avantree speaker is smaller than a typical bike bottle. That means it will rattle in a bike bottle cage or fall out. I fixed this by inserting the speaker in a tall can cozie. This muffles the sound slightly, but I can always cut holes in the cozie. I have not had a problem with the speaker jumping out of the bottle cage, but, just to be sure, I use a velcro strap through the metal "loop" to secure the speaker to the cage (see picture).
I first connected my mp3 player to the speaker with an rca cord and the sound quality was great. BUT, the cord connects at the bottom, so then I have to use a right angle jack to keep from breaking the cord. I didn't like that, so I bought a 32gb micro sd card. I loaded that with music and popped it in the slot on the bottom of the speaker. (NOTE: my computer does not recognize the micro sd card when it is in the speaker. I had to load the card separately.) The first time I loaded the music, the songs played in order by artist. I erased the card and reloaded the music without "using folder hierarchy." I made sure that I shuffled the songs before loading. It's great now.
Having the control buttons on top is great, but they are hard to see. I wrote on them with metallic marker but it rubbed off. I wrote on them again with metallic nail polish which stayed on longer.
Con: After about 2.8 hours at close to full volume, the music sporadically cuts out. I thought that the micro sd card was moving, but then I figured out that the battery was getting low. As I continue to use it, the music cuts out more often, several times during song depending on volume. Once the speaker needs to be charged, a friendly voice says "battery low. please, charge." BUT, this friendly reminder reminds me TOO OFTEN. On a bike ride, you can't just stop to plug in a speaker! I have decided to charge the speaker after each ride.
I bought the cyclone to use around the house - when getting ready in the morning, when cooking, etc., and when out in the garden or working on my car. Very light use, usually close range. The quality of materials and design is great. It feels good in your hand, it looks nice, and seems durable. The buttons are a decent UI. Battery life is decent, volume could be higher, but is sufficient.
The problems I have with it are in its bluetooth functionality. The range is abysmal. I get better range out of all of my other Avantree products - this one tends to cut out at about 10 feet. It handles obstructions very poorly - I can have this clipped on a belt loop on one hip and had my phone in a pocket on the other side and it will start cutting out. If they're on opposite sides of the room, walking between the Cyclone and my phone can cause it to cut out. A product meant for outdoor/sport use really needs to handle this better, especially when all of the other products in the brand, and competing products from other brands all seem to do OK.
It also doesn't handle use with multiple devices well. I haven't tried it with the Jogger Plus or Clipper, but the Audition Pro will allow two concurrent Bluetooth connections and handles them reasonably well - and that's a pair of headphones for which the use case of concurrent connections is (as far as I can tell) very limited. The Cyclone is a sport/outdoor device, and it seems a lot more likely that there are uses for multiple devices connecting to it, but it won't connect to more than one device at a time and doesn't handle it well.
The notification sound (when voice notifications are turned off) on the cyclone is also an annoying dial tone/busy signal-esque sound, rather than the beep given by the other devices from the brand.
I don't feel comfortable trying to return the device, since I have used it and it does work, more or less, but if I could go back, I would purchase a different bluetooth speaker.
