Love this shampoo-but bottle is cracked
I love this shampoo and have been using it for years. The item arrived and had clearly leaked, but I had not lost a ton of the product, maybe only 1” from full. I figured it leaked from the cap, and put in my shower. I noticed my shower floor was very soapy the next time I went to shower and over night I lost approx 1/3 of bottle because there is a crack on the bottom that I did not see. Very disappointed to lose so much of this expensive product. I would like a replacement, it just says no returns on this product so I don’t know how to request a new bottle. Don’t see where to contact seller either. Only 4 stars because of packaging, product itself is always 5/5 stars.

I love Aveda products, I go to an Aveda salon, I've been using/going for many, many years. My demographic probably doesn't matter—even though my $$ sure does!—but why make these kinds of changes, when something is so popular? It's one of the oldest products they've made and it's going away. It makes NO sense, business-wise. Getting rid of makeup made sense, because no one was buying it! People buy Brilliant shampoo. I know they do.
