Okay no joke guys!! I almost never write reviews unless I absolutely hate it or love it and thankfully... I LOVE IT. Look at my skin!! I’ve been dealing with hormonal acne (or what I thought it was) for 10 months and now a week later after switching from CeraVe foaming face wash to this product, my skin is healing! I haven’t had a breakout this entire time... that’s crazy. Plus, it smells friggen amazing and it’s semi moisturizing, I find my face kinda tight afterwards but I just end up putting Biatmin C moisturizer on. If you’re struggling like I was, give it a shot! Nothing to lose :)

I use this daily. Love that it moisturizes and protects my skin from the sun. The best thing is that it absorbs quickly, never leaves my face oily, and have never had a breakout using this product. This moisturizer only takes about a minute to fully absorb. Once absorbed, I apply my foundation and the rest of my makeup. There has never been an issue with foundation streaks, dry spots, oily spots, etc. Another thing to point out is that I am outside in the pool a lot and while the rest of my body gets tan, or on some occasions sunburned, my face is protected. This spf truly works well and that's just with one application in the morning.

I've found the product to be good at both moisturizing and sun blocking. But the container is awful. This has to be one of those cases where the product and or engineer manager isn't a user. Once the pump stops working 1/2 the lotion remains stuck to the side of the container and pump tube. Now what? At $14 a pop it turns out to be $28 for the product because you can get the remaining lotion out.

This used to be the only facewash i could use and that would not cause my face to break out, but now it leaves my face not only dry, but it causes it to peel and breakout. Furthermore, this even causes my hands to peel. I’ve bought bottles from both the store and amazon, and the issues are consistent. I believe they’ve changed the ingredients used, and it’s causing an adverse chemical reaction for my skin.

My old moisturizer (Simple replenishing rich moisturizer) could not be purchased anywhere for love nor money. So desperate to find something... I tried this one as I already use other Aveeno products for sensitive skin. Well, I'm very impressed with this - it acts like a richer moisturizer anyway no matter what its title is. Not only does it smell delicious, it goes on easily and my face never felt at all 'tight' which a propensity to dry skin tends to feel like. Don't get it on your eyelids though, otherwise you'll be blinking all day as it dissolves into the eye membrane and causes irritation. But that goes for most moisturizers hence the industry in 'eyes only' creams. There is a different in price between Aveeno and Simple with Aveeno being twice as much, but I think the Aveeno will last longer due to its "no wastage on application" pump, so will probably work out the same price wise.

I used this product once the night i got it then again in the morning. My face is still red and burning 2 days later! It feels like painful sunburn. I had really high hopes for this after reading the other reviews and love other aveeno body moisturisers. So disappointed. I'm not sure if the recipe has maybe been changed or something but honestly cant see how anyone with sensitive skin could use this. Smell is strong but very nice, unfortunately not good on sensitive/rosacea skin, will not use again.

Getting older I am always looking for good facial products for sensitive skin that actually do retain moisture in the skin and feel good. Tried all the usuals, Olay, Nivea, Simple, Loreal etc. but Aveeno is the best I have found. All their products feel calming to the skin and for the first time my face actually feels more hydrated and smooth. This scrub is worth the extra cost, and as you only need a little at a time is should last a good while.
