It also has a clippy-thing that can hold your keys (or anything with a loop) secure even if the bag opens or you open it to pull something out. I suggest NOT losing your keys on a bike ride, so I support this seemingly unimportant feature.
It seems pretty durable, probably ok to ride off-road and in the rain.
This bag, despite the dimensions being listed, is WAY smaller than it claims to be. I could not even fit my wallet, keys, and a couple of granola bars into this thing without having to squeeze it tightly and press it in order to zipper it - and that's with the gusseted bottom in the opened position, yet! I don't know what some folks here are talking about when they claim they've stashed tire tubes, bicycle pumps, etc, into this bag. They must be referring to an entirely different model of bag that was sent to them, because this one won't even hold my personal effects, much less bike gear like that!
As for the quality of the bag, it seemed just fine. Lightweight, yet strong, good seams, good zipper, and a tail-light holder. Just that the size was a tad misleading. I returned mine and continued my search for a usable bike bag.
