Of course financing all of this is a challenge. As someone who’s gone through the financial aid process I found the book to be a helpful resource for navigating the maze of applying for and obtaining financial aid to fund educational expenses. Including strategies you can employ to maximize the aid you are eligible for and receive. This is an important point. Just because you are eligible for aid doesn’t mean you receive it. The book highlights various approaches to ensure you obtain as much of the aid you are eligible for as possible.Well worth $2.99
It also provides resources to evaluate the aid packages being offered from colleges to ensure an apples to apples comparison when trying to decide where to go. Helpfully distinguishing between the value of different aid types and loan options. Along with the overview on the financial aid process an introduction to strategies to cover a students Expected Financial Contribution are provided as well.
Must read for prospective students and their parents.
