I have to add in general that I've learned more than I ever thought I would about graveyards, history of graveyards (including graveyard speak) and the realization that graveyards are really for the living.
I really think that Amanda Stevens has left "the door open" for a few more Graveyard Queen books as I didn't feel this was truly the last book. It could be wishful and selfish thinking, but I know there are more Conge, creatures and graveyards for Amelia to conquer because she has the gift.
The antagonist storyline of John Devlin whom was absent in the last book comes to an heart wrenching conclusion, as he and Amelia are thrust into their last adventure. This is by far one of the best books of the series. I am sad that this will be the last book with these characters as the author will still be writing in the queens universe but with new characters.
The audio book narration was spectacular, and is a must listen.
I had no idea that this was book #6 when it came suggested to me and I one-cliked my way to it, so I have a few stories from Amelia that I am not up to date with, but still this book as well as the others I have read grab you and inmmerse you until you can do nothing but finish your Reading.
This is not the book to first meet Amelia and Devlin, it is not the book to start you on the Graveyard queen series, but if you still decide to continue Reading, you are in for one hell of an adventure...
