The Aylio instructional DVD for strength training demonstrates how to perform 101 exercises using resistance bands. Exercises are broken down by which body part you are targeting. It is recommended to use this with the Aylio resistance band set sold separately.

The instructions are quite good. I do, however, feel they could do a better job of explaining some of the resistance band basics for those not familiar with them.
You can decide what part of your body you want to work on and watch the exercises for those muscles. I wish there were a way to design a workout on the DVD but there isn't. So, it's limited to simply showing a group of excellent exercises.
I don't use Aylio bands so I have no idea how good they are. But, this DVD is good for anyone who works out with any bands.
-- Susanna K. Hutcheson
The video demonstrates the appropriate use of resistance bands to accomplish a variety of exercises that target the entire body's muscles.
If you do not have any idea how to perform the exercises to accomplish a full body workout to begin with, this would be your 5 star introduction. It's very good.
I subtracted one star because one link led to an incorrect video, and there were a few instances where the voice over was not correct with what the actors were performing. There was at least one exercise (hammer curls) that weren't being performed correctly, and finally, there were a few exercises that were redundant since they were performed from different positions (seated vs standing). Essentially the same.
Those "cons" (nit picky I'll admit) being said, this is a worthwhile product for someone who is beginning to use resistance bands and really doesn't have much idea of how to use them, or an expeierenced lifter who (like me) doesn't have the "home gym" any longer and needs to go this route. This DVD will teach you several methods to work your entire body (for the most part).
Finally, as a previous reviewer stated, this does not teach you a "workout". It only teaches the correct way to perform a multitude of time tested exercises with their resistance bands.
Four stars because this DVS deserves it.
Update: After a few weeks of use, i have found this to be very helpful along with a walking program. Am becoming more flexible and have increased strength and stamina. Highly recommended.
