I used this because I am preparing for surgery. My Dr asked me to lose some weight before, to rid possible fatty liver, as he will be lifting it.
So I started looking in Amazon for a detoxifier and found this. After I used it once I could tell it was cleansing. I drink a cup about every four days, and it Is helping ME lose weight. I’m cutting back on calories a little. And portions.
This is absolutely moving my meals thru me. My food is not hanging around in my bowels. But I never have diarrhea. Just much easier movements, and consistently every day.
I like it a lot. Will drink it forever. And highly recommend it.
