Within hours the seller had contacted me regarding sizing and provided me with tips on how to determine it. Came MUCH faster than anticipated and the quality is stellar.
originally i ordered a Baseketball Jersey that had the M slightly off centered, i Contacted the guy, guy said he'd gladly exchange if i sent pictures. I got the picture and checked other products i bought from him, I noticed the NHL logo was off centered as well, so i sent that picture to. "Thank you for the pictures. I will give the Beers picture to the factory for review and request they replace. About the Griswold jersey the panel the NFL logo is on is design to move and stretch when the jersey is worn, the trim can be moved side to side so I don't see a problem with that jersey from the pictures."
"It seems maybe you worn the jerseys as you wanted over the holidays and now have no use for them, so you want to return them for your money back? Since you are not being reasonable about this we will do only what is required by our agreement with Amazon. You have stated that both jerseys have been worn, so the courtesy of taking them back will not be offered to you. Used clothing is not returnable in California. The fact that they are used is confirmed by your own emails stored within the Amazon system."
