UPDATED REVIEW: The rubber feet of the trampoline broke within a few weeks of use, but customer service for this product is absolutely stellar. The seller worked with me to remedy the problem and provided tips on how I could use the trampoline such that the feet wouldn't get broken again (and provided replacement rubber feet a no charge). 5 stars for the customer service, will most definitely purchase from this seller again.

My friend who’s a Pilates instructor recommended this for cardio, lymphatic drainage and cellulite reduction. There are a ton of videos on YouTube you can do with this. It’s fun and a great workout at home. I just got mine but she has had a good 90% reduction in cellulite after using this for a month and she is 41 and said she’s never been able to get rid of her cellulite before so I’m hopeful that this will be a wonderful addition to my quarantine wellness rituals. Even if it doesn’t remove all cellulite (because let’s be real, it’s a part of life and nothing to fret over) 😊 it’s a lot of fun and you can’t help but smile while you jump around joyfully 🎈

It’s fun to jump on and doesn’t feel like real exercise work. I have been hearing about how great rebounding is for my health. Just got it a few days ago and used it 4 times. I jump on it for about 20-30minutes per day. It seems to be pretty good exercise if I jump around with lots of energy. Love it so far. It’s really great and easy but at the same time, works up a sweat. The most important thing is to not overdo it in the beginning or you will have sore muscles and then you won’t want to use it. Take your time and this small trampoline will become your best friend. I went on YouTube to look up more workouts.

Broke after 6 months. Welding broke and one of the legs came off.

After contacting costumer service, they informed me that they were alerted to an issue with the welding of the product. I sent them some pictures and they are sending me a new one now! Great response from them and I am very satisfied as I’m sure my kids will be when they get their trampoline back.

The BSCAN aces the test!

I am very happy with my BSCAN fitness rebounder! I read reviews on a lot of rebounders before deciding on this one. I didn't want to pay a lot since I was new to rebounders, but I wanted a sturdy one that I would feel safe on. I am a 65-year-old grandmother and am in good health and pretty good shape but I'm not a young gymnast! A lot of the reviews I read said the rebounders were bought for children, so that concerned me. Also at least half the reviewers of different rebounders said they were very difficult to open and assemble. Most people said you needed two people to put it together. The BSCAN had more positive comments about opening and assembling, but this one even had some comments about difficulty. There were also complaints about some rebounders making too much noise as they squeaked badly. Another consideration was the handrail. Even on this one, there were complaints about the handrail being flimsy and not sturdy.
So, after comparing several mid-priced rebounders, I narrowed it down to this one.
I was very pleasantly surprised when I decided to try to put it together by myself. It was extremely easy to open and to assemble. It took me less than 30 minutes to put it completely together by myself, including the handrail.
I have yet to hear a squeak from this rebounder. It is absolutely silent. It has perfect tension and bounce, not loose at all, but not too rigid, either.
The handrail is made well and feels study enough, but, when assembled, it isn't as tight and locked in place as it should be, but that may be because I don't have it screwed in tight enough. I want my husband to look at it to see if it can be tightened more. Even saying that, though, it is sturdy enough for me to use it and is not a big issue for me. I may even eventually take it off. Hopefully, my balance will improve with use so that I won't need it.
So, I am very pleased with this purchase. I have recommended it to 2 people already, and I've had it less than a week. This rebounder passed the test on all on my major concerns with flying colors. You can't go wrong with this one!

The trampoline is everything I could ask for, but as someone who normally does not leave reviews, I felt like I needed to share my experience here.

After a few months of use, the rubber protectors on the legs of the trampoline had started to get worn down. This made the trampoline wobblier than usual. I reached out to the company through Amazon wondering if there was a way to order additional replacement rubber protectors.

They promptly told me they would replace the protectors for me free of charge. All I needed to do was take a couple of pictures of the damaged legs and provide my address. I was incredibly impressed by this level of service.

The trampoline itself is otherwise pretty good too. My two kids (aged 2 and 4.5) have lots of fun jumping up and down on it.
