Freedom To Move
The BE6 large driver eliminates unwanted reverberations by using a high-grade titanium, magnesium and inert metal that is used to form a thin nano-layer over its surface. This precise mixture, along with the help of a circumferential copper ring, allows the driver to maintain optimal structural integrity for distortion-free sound even at high volume levels.
The large 10mm patented driver selected for the BE6 uses a copper pole designed to maintain a constant impedance curve; Resulting in greater level of compatibility with a wider range of sources and the benefit of lower use of the battery power - as the demands for increased voltage are reduced.
The latest Bluetooth technology offers faster connection and superior bandwidth. aptX will transfer content at up to CD quality sound between source and BE6 resulting in greater separation between channels, improved imaging and the elimination of transmission error. aptX is fully compatible with all other previous Bluetooth versions.
To further enhance the sound quality AAC processing is used to increase the sound quality of lower resolution audio tracks from the likes of iTunes, YouTube, DAB radio transmission and online streaming services.

Top Customer Reviews
I've tried many of the BT headsets and headphones and they've all suffered from pretty terrible sound. These NuForce BE6 BT headphones deliver in the sound department. THEY. DELIVER. GREAT. SOUND. They even deliver sound comparable to some wired headphones, even my beats solos.
The form factor is STELLAR. What I like is I don't have a big contraption around my neck along with wires like the LG Tones. I also like the fact that they are secure around my neck with the magnet clasps. When I wear them in the 'not in use' form factor they melt away from visibility and depending on the shirt I'm wearing I can tuck the clasp ear drivers in my shirt and it looks like I just have a flat wire around my neck.
I've heard people discussing the fact that they fall out of their ears during movement. I can see how that can happen though I HAVE NO PROBLEM with them falling out. None. Even moving about running up and down stairs in my home and office, dancing, strolling, no problem. Now, I don't have plans to make them my gym headphones. I have not strenuous activity like working out or bike riding. I'm saying just everyday movement, walking, running up stairs, sitting etc didn't impact these staying in my ears. I think staying depends on how your ear canals are shaped.
The package includes at least 4 sizes of silicone tips. I chose the second to smallest and they fit fine. The smallest fit but there wasn't enough silicone to provide cushion or I would have chosen those. The package also includes Comply Sport 500 tips in medium and large. I can't review those because the mediums were too big. (I purchased the Isolation Tx 500 separately and I'll review those on the comply product page.)
Keeping it 100 the included silicone tips were fine for me. They felt great, I had external awareness when music wasn't playing but with them seated in my ears isolation was pretty good to great. They don't seem to make my ears itch but I'll need more time to test like maybe 30 to 60 days.
OK so let's talk SOUND folks. I bought some NuForce cube speakers a couple of years ago and I was blown away with the crisp deep sound. These BE6 are also blowing me away. The sound is clean and crisp but there is depth and bass. Now, it isn't the bass that will turn your brain into a smoothie or make your eyes bounce but it is nice smooth deep bass. The bass is deep enough that I can feel the bass in my cheek and nose area sinus... and I love it! I think it has to do with the Comply Tx 500 Isolation tips. I listen to Dance and Electronic music and I am thoroughly satisfied with the sound. I've heard in other reviews that the sound does open up over a little time I don't know if I buy into the burn in theory but we'll see. Out of the box though I'm feeling these bad boys.
I haven't tried these on a plane yet Will write updates after I travel.
I ran out of juice by noon on my travel day that started at the airport by 5:40a. That was listening to music and taking a couple of calls off and listening to music on 2 hr flight. That's not bad for these but my LG tones went all day no problem. Since I was too busy to recharge at noon I had no juice to take calls and listen to music on the evening walk to the hotel.
I never had to worry about battery life before with my LG tones. So it is an adjustment to go from not having to charge during the day to needing to remember charge your headphones. You'll always want to carry a cheap set of headphones with you on a long day in case you forget to charge.
Also you can and will lose these things. The magnet is good but not great when you're moving a lot. I find myself grabbing them from slipping off and having to remind myself to check them. Luckily for me I wear a chain so I just wrap it around my necklace. I wish they'd included a small plastic alligator clip.
the battery life is reasonable( 6-8 hours constantly playing music, only ~1 phone call)
they sound good for bluetooth(no bass but Bluetooth headphones usually can't provide bass)
Compact(actually a little too compact but if you want the smallest form factor available, here you go.)
Feature-rich controls(skip, pause, answer phone calls, the works.
Great packaging with plenty of replacement tips(the foam tips gave a great fit)
The BE6s feel great they are very comfortable once you get the right tips for your ears, but the Bluetooth headphone market is evolving very quickly and I just think they are a little bit too much. they are more capable Bluetooth headphones on the market with better sound that are cheaper. I mean the sound is okay but I really wanted to be blown away for 130. The cable for the headphones is actually quite short as well, would fall out of my ears quite frequently while I was working( manual labor, lots of bending and picking things off the ground). But something that really got under my skin is the charging port cover, sounds like a stupid thing to get upset about but they are made out of the silicone or rubber material that other parts of the headphones are made out of and it's very flimsy they shouldn't have made it this way. The cable they used as well is the same material, it's flat and really rubbery, which is you know great but I would prefer a fabric covered cable for comfort. While the quality of these headphones felt high enough, I didn't like the way it felt in my hands especially when I sweated on it. Little details like these would have really upgraded the experience up to the price tag and would've justified their price, but I needed more polish and a better for my money. There's so many Bluetooth headphones on the market nowadays, these headphones fall short of what you can get for the price or a bit more.
