This work takes the reader though a thoughtful journey into a heretofore unpublished perspective on the time the Beatles spent with the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in India. The book is perfectly timed to come out during the wave of all things Beatles these days, but you don't have to be an ardent Beatles fan to enjoy this tale. It's a telling report that includes the many players who were at the retreat. But, what could be a story full of reveals from behind the curtain, is told with respect and a certain kindness. Judd Klinger always does his homework. Highly recommend.

A quick read that fills in some gaps in Bealtes history

This is a pretty quick read (it only clocks in at a bit over 100 pages), but does a good job of filling in some blanks concerning Beatles disillusionment with the Maharishi. Kilinger manged to get an interview with Tom Simcox, who was at the ashram the same time as the Beatles, and the new information he reveals is as close to a first hand account from one of the Beatles of that time as we'll ever get. Klinger does a decent job of analyzing why John was so anxious to leave the Maharishi immediately. Lastly, he pretty much confirms what most Beatle people agree was "Magic Alex's" role in the whole affair.

The best synopsis of the Beatles trip to India.

There are numerous stories written about the strange visit to India by the Beatles. Most leaving with more questions than answers. The Beatles: All Too Much answers those questions and really attempts to make sense of the events that took place. Mr. Klinger’s approach of interviewing a key participant who most of us didn’t know was there is clever, extraordinary and insightful. If you’re interested in what really happened, you have to read this book.
