Purchased this item in July of 2015. It's now two years later and I have some feedback. The part at the bottom of the blade is made of rubber and WILL wear down to the point where it won't be useable. The motor itself has been fine for me and my daily smoothies. I'm now using the 2nd blade (that is flat, instead of the blades that stick up), but this too will soon wear down and I will no longer be able to use it unless i can buy new blades/housings.

But for the better part of two years, it worked. But it will wear down on you...for the price of 18 dollars, you really can't expect it to last much longer than that, i suppose.

Blades wear out quick and are almost impossible to replace

The Bella Rocket has a problem with the blades freezing up. The item works nicely for a while, but the blades tend to wear out very quickly. That isn't so much a problem as trying to get replacement parts. I am willing to pay for replacement blades, except you can't find them, so you have to call the Sensio company. Two years in a row I have called them and was told to call back next month because they are in transit. Each time it took 3 months of phone calls to get replacement blades, so I am stuck without a blender all the while. If the blades were readily available I would have given Bella Rocket Extract Pro a five star rating.

Since the day I received it, it will produce a burning smell every time I used it. I thought it will go away with time but it didn’t. I might have used it no more than 10 times to grind coffe and a couple times to make smoothies during the whole time I had it. My husband told me from start that there was something wrong with it because it will start the motor as soon as you put the cup on it, he said that the motor shouldn’t start till the cup is locked in position, but I really didn’t pay much attention because it was doing the job and I only needed to be careful when using it.
So last night I wanted to make a fruit smoothie, and as usual as soon as I put the cup on, the motor started to run since I wasn’t quick enough locking it, it started making a loud noise and some black plastic pieces were flying off the bottom of the cup. When I managed to stop it I noticed that the black piece that holds the blades and the driver clutch that’s attached to the motor were broken.
I just borrowed my friend’s identical blender to see if it has the same issue and realized that, as my husband has been telling me, the one I received was a defective one and it was just a matter of time until it brakes.
So sad it is too late to send it back. I liked it for coffee grinding because it was allowing me to grind bigger batches of coffee, the one I hade before will grind very small quantities at a time.
I am still thinking about replacing it or not, I worry that their quality control is not that good and I may end up with another defective one. Also it comes with so many pieces that I don’t need.

This thing is powerful. It's loud, but it's so powerful that I haven't had to run it for more than a few seconds anyway. Seeds? No problem. Ice? Piece of cake. Obvious statement of the day: depending on what you're making, be sure to include enough liquid as you would (or should) with any other blender in order for it to operate properly.

It comes with 3 of the large cups, 2 small ones, 2 blades (one regular blender blade and one specifically for dry items), a tiny "recipe book", cup rings, a travel lid, a shaker lid, and some regular lids. The base has suction cups to help it stay in place when it's powered on. There's not on/ off switch per se, as it powers on when you lock the blade into place. I only included that because I'm not the smartest. That reminds me, there are instructions detailing this thing, if you prefer to read about it.

I was apprehensive because I got it for about less than half of what the NutriBullet typically costs, but thus far I have been impressed. I use it daily. I blend, toss on a ring or travel lid and go about my business, and then toss the pieces in the dishwasher. I've done them by hand and they're easy to clean that way, too; I'm lazy, though.

Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. If it goes to poop or something then I will update my review accordingly.

My Nutribullet started shooting liquid out the bottom so I wanted a replacement but did not need all the power of the bullet since I do not use it for hard grinding. This fit the bill for a lot less money. Works really well and makes fast work of blending frozen drinks or whipping eggs. It holds the right amount for small jobs. Of course, it does not replace full size blenders but does the job it was made for. Love it!

Ignoro el porque de algunos comentarios negativos, creo que no le han dado el uso correcto a la maquina, particularmente esta es mi 3ra maquina BELLA Rocket y no por mal funcionamiento, todo lo contrario, son excelentes y ya un par de maliliares se llevo las otras 2 que tenia, pues quedaron encantados con su dieseño, accesorios, y FUNCIONALIDAD. Simplemente estoy adquiriendo una más para recuperar mi BELLA. y la volveria a comprar si fuera necesario. OTRAS son más comerciales y si, venden las refacciones en todos lados a precios accesibles precisamente por su elevado desgaste, y a la larga sale más caro su mantenimiento.

*** Update#2 - Finally spoke to Bella. It would've taken them 10 days to send me a replacement, so I've asked for a refund, so I can purchase a new one and get it here within a day. I had purchased over $60 in veggies and fruits, and didn't want to risk them going bad waiting for the replacement, so i'd rather have the money back, so I can purchase a new blender. Gong to give it one more shot and hope it lasts***

I'm finally getting all my veggies and fruits on a daily basis... and it tastes great!

I can't cook for anything - but it doesn't matter what you toss into this thing. I pile in spinach, broccoli, edameme, cauliflower, red bell pepper, cucumber, carrots etc. Then I add a bunch of fruit - usually 2-3 fresh fruits (banada, strawberry, mango etc.) - then I toss in some frozen blueberries -for colour and sweetness.

Práctica, no es difícil de lavar, si utilizan fruta congelada quizá necesite dos ciclos de 1 minuto, peor entre ellos deberá esperar un par de minutos de acuerdo al manual, las cuchillas después de cerca de 1 año de uso ocasional no han perdido filo, recomendada si no se necesitan más de un par de preparaciones en el momento.

el precio y la capacidad de procesamiento es de lo mejor, solo como recomendacion no forcen el motor ya que tenia uno y se me quemo en este sentido serian desechables (no encontre refacciones) pero por los resultados que teniamos con el producto compramos otro ya con la experiencia de cuidarlo porque el resultado de lo que procesas es excelente aun mejor que otros productos de mayor calidad y marca reconocida como nutribullet (que tambien tenemos uno) , de ahi el precio pero con un uso responsable tendras un producto por largo tiempo.
