Amazed this order arrived in a few days, when others had shipping times of weeks.

Assembly took about 75 minutes single-handed.

Unit fired right up and works well. Already used it on a 35F night. This is the standard height for these heaters so that you can stand under them. It works great if you are standing or sitting in bar-height seats. Seated in table-height chairs, you start to get a bit distant.

Overall, very pleased with this purchase and seller.

Took a little longer than expected to arrive. I ordered 2. I am a 62 year old female and assembled both heaters without help. They are much larger than I expected but I do LOVE the size. I tested them today just to be sure they will be in working order for my gathering. They seem to work fine. I cannot judge the heat output as yet. I will up date after Jan. 21st. So far .. they are excellent.

Update Nov 2022: these couldn’t stand up to 10-20 mph winds. The metal in the base is too weak to support the pole. We ratchet-strapped these to our rails so they wouldn’t fall over and removed the hoods when not in use. Regardless the poles are at an angle now due to the weak base they’re attached to and we won’t be able to use these much longer without some type of welding intervention. They still fire up brilliantly and provide lots of warmth, but so disappointed they were not designed to last.

Oct 2020 review: These are a very nice addition to our deck. The little side tables are also very convenient. We’ve been able to host a couple friends now outside safely during this whole COVID thing. Even on low these have provided ideal heat. They’re also very easy to light. Assembly is better with 2. It took my husband and I about 1 1/2 hours to walk through the instructions and assemble both of them. A few challenges but nothing truly frustrating (not for me anyway - don’t tell my husband, haha). We filled the base with sand but it wasn’t enough. One blew over the first night (~ 15 mph winds). Those hoods make ideal sails to catch the wind. We bought sand bag weights (like you’d attach to a canopy tent) which we use to weigh it down (one on the wheels and one around the post below the table) when we’re using them. We attach the heaters to our railing with ratchet straps when we’re not using them. A windstorm was going to come through so we actually took the hoods off (wing nuts) which left a smaller profile for the wind to catch. You just unscrew the nuts, take off the hood then screw the nuts back on so you don’t lose them. It worked perfectly. so happy we made this investment.

So far, the Belleze outdoor heater is operating just fine. Assembly wasn't bad either. However (coma) you might need a rather large pair of pliers when tightening the large nut that securely holds the round table to the vertical pole. I'd recommend this heater to a friend.
