Look ma, no wires!

A lot of car inverters have long cables which mean the device flops all around the center console while driving, and the connector wires are constantly getting pulled out of where the twist caps are, which also get lost constantly, leading the owner to decide whether or not to risk getting electrocuted by putting the wire to the screw without the cap, or using tape. I have gone to the hardware store several times getting replacement caps. I decided I knew for sure there had to be a model without wires, and went a-searchin' Sure enough, this is what I was looking for. I have a power hungry Galaxy S8 for which straight 1A USB won't cut it, so I have to have an inverter to get me 2 Amps while on the road, if I don't have 2 Amps it will drain faster than it charges. I have noticed that this has a 2.1 Amp USB connector but since it has the 120v plug I have only used that, and it meets my needs well. Nice too that I can also power a laptop with it if needed. This unit is exactly what I needed and the price is right. I have no complaints about its performance, and have other Bestek products and am happy with them. I feel that Bestek understands what consumers want out of their charging devices and does a good job designing products that meet those needs. As a piece of advice, I recommend unplugging the device from the car when exiting the vehicle, and only plugging in after starting the vehicle. It shouldn't matter, but I have had an inverter that drained my car battery and, never again. But that's not a reflection on this unit, which is superb. I highly recommend it.

The built quality is nothing extraordinary but more than enough, especially for the price of the product.
The male inverter socket is flexible and that helps a lot to get this device settled into the center console of my car
The only negative of this product I’ve found so far is the fan. It can be quite loud and very noticeable if there is no sound in the vehicle such as a radio on. It is noticeable even during average in-car conversations

I've used this every single day for three months now and it's provided power flawlessly so far. My only complaint is that it's very noisy when it first comes on. Not a little noisy, very noisy. It's the cooling fan making the noise and that generally levels out and gets quieter within thirty to sixty seconds. To be fair I've seen this same complaint on many if not all of the other inverters similar to this one. I'll update this review in a few months.
UPDATE 04/24/2019: I've used this daily for almost two years now with zero issues. Well worth the money. I'd recommend to anyone.

The internal spring that loads the retracting contact point at the tip of the unit is too strong and pushes the inverter out of the power socket. It can only be used while driving by holding it into the socket by hand. Previous inverters by other manufacturers have always stayed put. As well, it emits a high-pitched sound when in use. A completely unsatisfactory purchase provided by a company that makes strong claims to excellent customer service but has not answered my email regarding these problems. I do not recommend this product or the company behind it.

The BESTEK 150W Power Inverter Car Charger is working really well. I used it for a two weeks trip in Iceland and everything was fine. With this two USB ports it really usefull, you can charge differents things in the same time and the the converter to a 110V is really usefull too. During the trip I was capable to charge all my battery for my camera even if my charger didn't have any special outlet for car.
