Ingredients

Medicinal Ingredients: Iota-Carrageenan 1.2mg, Sodium Chloride 0.5% Non-medicinal ingredients: carrageenan, water

Directions

1. Blow your nose gently. 2. Remove the protection cap. Shake the bottle and pump the spray a few times until a fine mist comes out. 3. Sit up with your head tilted slightly forward and breathe out slowly. 4. Close one nostril and gently insert the nozzle into the other. 5. Gently squeeze the pump as you breathe in. 6. Repeat steps 1 through 5 for the other nostril. 7. Use 1 spray per nostril, three times per day

This is a COVID no-brainer

I stand by this account, as truthful and accurate. After thorough review of the research, I started using this product along with very conscientious masking and social distancing. Never got sick, including after protracted periods indoors. Last month, I sent a vial along to my daughter. It happened to arrive on the day her husband tested Covid positive. She had already decided to take care of him directly and did not mask in his presence. Despite having been in close proximity to a moderately symtomatic Covid patient for two weeks, my daughter remained asymptomatic and eventually tested negative on three separate occasions. The spray is made from a seaweed extract that has been used as a food additive since the Middle Ages. The extract carregelose just has an incredible antiseptic capability, owing to the fact that red/purple seaweeds are hoovers for ocean-borne iodine. I have had no adverse reactions whatsoever - not even a sniffle. Do your own homework before using, and strictly follow the easy instructions. Google: povodone iodine effectiveness against COVID-19. In my personal opinion, America would have far fewer infections and Covid fatalities if my fellow citizens started using this preventative.

Misleading: zero betadine in this "Betadine" nasal spray

Why would a company call their product Betadine (which is povidine-iodine) when it has zero betadine in the product?
This make me not trust the company with deception like this.
It does contain iota caraageanan that has research supporting it as having antiviral effets.

Also their price keeps going up. Outrageous for the small bottle and ingredients. Google and find how to make your own using iota carrageenan, saline water, etc..

Ignore the reviews about the ingredient. The name of the company is Betadine. The ingredient is Iota Carrageenan. Do a little Google and you’ll find out for yourself, iota carrageenan and Covid. If your here buying this wonderful little bottle, you probably already have.

I bought this nasal spray and also the throat spray. My partner had a sore throat one morning and it went away immediately after two sprays in the throat. We use the nasal spray and throat spray if we have to go to the DR which is the only place we go, only when necessary. My complaint is that at my neighborhood drug store, the same product is half the price and for a 50ML bottle (throat spray) and same for the nasal spray, that I paid on Amazon. Not happy about that. But the product does work.

I've found using this nasal spray as described in the instructions has seemed to really help with recovering faster from the cold.

Knocked a star off because there's a slight design flaw in the tube. Because the bottom of the bottle is slightly convex on the inside (the middle is slightly higher than the edges), when the bottle is almost empty, the solution gets trapped in the edges, away from the bottom of the tube. So there's always maybe a ml of wasted solution. They could easily fix this problem by using bottles that are flat inside on the bottom, or by extending the length of the tube so that it curves slightly and opening sits at the edge. Many spray bottles already follow this design with their tubes since it's hard to get bottles that are completely flat inside on the bottom. Just seems like a waste.
