We are in the most dramatic human transformation the earth has ever seen. BEing Seen and BEing heard as a Thought Leader is an easy read with lots of wisdom. The book is filled with great tips on how to stand out from the crowd as a Thought Leader with simple ideas like sharing other people's wisdom. Often it is the things we already know that we need to be reminded of and this book does a great job of doing just that. I love that AHA books and this book is another great one. The TED talk is a great companion to the book which I also enjoyed. Definitely worth reading and watching the TED talk.

Mitchell's book is a great compliment to his TEDx Talk. It is filled with inspiring quotes and each chapter has a special focus on leadership. You are sure to find something that you will connect and resonate with. It is also a great social media tool as these 'golden nuggets' are great to share with your social media audience...a very important element of being a thought leader. Well done Mitchell!

I recommend this book if you want to be seen and heard as an expert and leader. The only thing better than this book is his TED talks and meeting him in person. He really is a motivator and innovator and leads you to the place you want to be. Make sure you are being seen when you are reading the book... it starts all kinds of conversations and leads.
