Over the past year I have bought at three or four sets of markers to use for my adult coloring books. I have used Sharpies, Pentel Color Fine Points, Paper Mate Flair and Staedtler Triplus Fineliner markers. These Bic Mark-It markers are the absolute best out of all the markers I own, including the Sharpies. They give consistent, saturated color and as you color and overlap sections, the markers don't streak and create darker portions than where you started. The whole section is the same color with no darkening as you overlap. The colors are very consistent with the color of the lids with only a few of them being a darker color than the lid. Some of the darker colors almost look black but there are only a couple. For me that isn't a deal breaker but it might be for some. The marker tips are smooth and glide over the paper without digging or scratching it and the tips are firm and have not gotten mushy or frayed from a lot of use as some markers tend to do. I have used these markers plenty of times over the past month and they are in the same perfect condition as the day I received them. I love having a regular size tip for larger sections and a matching fine tip to use in smaller spaces of the picture I'm coloring. I have not had any issues with the fine points drying out or being dried out when I received them. All markers were in perfect working order. This set is a dream and probably the best set on the market when you consider the awesome quality and how many you get. If you are looking for a great quality set of markers for your coloring or craft projects, don't hesitate to buy this set. They are a bit pricey but you are receiving 72 markers so they are less than 1$ per marker. Shipping was fast and I am very satisfied with this purchase. Happy enough to leave a five star review. I never do reviews, so I consider it worth my time to write a review because I think these markers are so great!
If this supply problem is resolved, I would recommend this product. The colors are vibrant and the range of colors is nice, particularly in the browns and yellows (where Sharpie has only 1 or 2 shades). Like any permanent marker I've ever used, these markers will bleed through paper.
