I love Biolage scalpsync; however, the bottle of shampoo I received isn’t filled with this shampoo. False advertising. 1. Scalpsync shampoo is clear and this one was white. 2. Scalpsync has a minty smell and this one did not. 3. Scalpsync shampoo gives your scalp a tingly sensation and this did not. I don’t know what was in this bottle but it wasn’t scalpsync.

I’ve had dandruff issues my entire life. I’ve tried tea tree oils & shampoos, Selsun Blue, T-Gel, even prescriptions, but nothing worked. My scalp was killing me while on a vacation and I desperately looked at a rack of product at the store. This was the only thing they had I hadn’t tried. Over the past year or two my hair changed. It became oily at the crown and coarse at the ends. The dandruff was out of control! To the point that I couldn't wear black shirts. The only time I got relief was when my hair lady would wash it. I bought other dandruff shampoo with tea tree oil but still nothing worked. Until this! I could tell a big difference even after the first wash- dandruff was 80% gone. By the second wash there was no more evidence of it! And my hair has never been more soft! This stuff seems to work really great. I don't have pictures of before since my dandruff didn't show too well. However, I used to get bumps and pimples on my head, which I've heard can happen when oils are trapped and not getting cleaned (i use hair product for curly hair, and go two days without washing, because otherwise my hair gets very dry and does not look good at all). Anyway, I've been using this for a couple weeks and have already noticed a huge improvement.

I've used Biolage for many years before I switched to my most recent shampoo a few years ago. However, I've switched back to using this a couple times a week and it's been great. It does not smell rancid like some other dandruff shampoos at all. It smells nice. And, it works wonders!!

I am excited to see how my head continues to get better. Already, the bumps and things that I can pick at are gone, my head feels much better, and there does't seem to really be any build up like there was before. I'd highly recommend this along with the dandruff conditioner!!

Edit: I've now used this for several months, and I must say that I have noticed a dramatic improvement from where i was when I first noticed this. My scalp is nowhere near as itchy as it used to be, and I have seen a very large decrease of the amount of dandruff I see as well. It's nice not always feeling itchy and dry on my scalp. it also doesn't seem to have made my hair color fade either, which was a concern (since you don't want to pay a fortune for a good cut and color only to literally wash it down the drain). So, I would still highly recommend this wash and the conditioner that goes with it as they have been doing wonders for me!

I've used this 3 times now and I am shocked at the results! I have tried everything in creation short of a prescription for my dandruff. Lately my scalp was getting increasingly itchy and my flakes worse and worse no matter what I used. All of the other dandruff shampoos I tried dried out my hair terribly. The first time I used it I left it on a bit longer than it said to and it started to burn my scalp a bit. I bought a fancy Nexxus conditioner at the same time and the combo has been heavenly in both scent and effectiveness. I am very happy with this purchase. The lather is so rich and creamy and smells delightful! Not flowery at all, just lovely, hard to describe the scent. So far it's working better than everything else I've tried. I hope it lasts!

I wonder if this is a genuine Matrix product. It actually made my scalp drier and even the bottle was cheap. The label came off (never happened with another Matrix product) and the bottle developed a crack in the side, leaking shampoo all over the shower. My thought is this might be a cheap imitation with fake label. Either way, it made my scalp drier and the bottle leakage made a huge mess.

I really love this shampoo. I had previously tried both Selsun Blue and Head & Shoulders. Both of which dried my hair out horribly and did not help much with my actual dandruff. I tried this after finding it searching on Amazon for different dandruff shampoos. Its definitely more expensive but worth it. I did buy the conditioner also but I only use that every few days. The shampoo alone leaves me hair soft and easy to brush amd smells nice too. And this has worked a lot better then the other shampoos I tried.
