UPDATE May 7, 2018: Excellent Customer Service!
I have been using my printer for a few months now and I've never had a single failed print! However, the large Black gear on the Extruder started to slip around the smaller feeder gear that feeds filament into the hot-end leading to signs of an imminent print failure. I got in touch with BIQU in the hope of getting just a replacement gear and explained the issue to them. They went above and beyond and shipped an entirely new Extruder kit to me!
Speaks a lot about their commitment to customers. However, patience is required in explaining the issue to BIQU and given the distance between the US and China, resolving these issues takes a few iterations of emails and responses.
This is my first Delta 3D printer, and I've thus far not been disappointed!
I never buy anything like a 3D printer without reading enough product reviews. However, for some reason, I decided to go for this one by reading just 5 product reviews and watching a couple of product related videos.
My Windows 10 laptop historically and even today has issues connecting to any of my other printers via the latest version of Cura. Therefore I decided to fall back on the older version of Cura (version 15.04.2 or 15.04.5) and transfer the BIQU default print setting into this older version of the software.
I made mistakes along the way during this process and presumed that the printer is not working as it should. I soon realized my mistake and applied all the corrections and since then, I have had this printer cranking one print after another and to date, I haven't had a single print fail!
I have written a detailed article on Instructables dot com titled "GETTING STARTED WITH THE BIQU LIPSTICK MAGICIAN" as a record of my experience with this printer in which all the steps have been detailed to get this printer working like a champ!

I've attached a few pictures of the printer running at 126% of the programmed speed of 60 mm/s. One the big advantages of a Delta Robot that would otherwise strain a conventional Cartesian 3D printer. Also attached is a print that was created by converting the picture of a Circuit board into Tinkercad. The print came out amazing with all the minute clearances printed as expected.

It weight is 8.82 lbs. It has a height of (418mm or around 16 7/16 in) and a width of (227mm or Around 8 15/16in). The Max height of the print is (150mm or around 5 7/8 in) the max width of the print is (100mm or around 3 15/16in). It has an automatic lever, 32 bit motherboard and a digital touch screen. It doesn't have a heated bed but it does have three fans to cool off the layers as it process the piece
It is exactly what the manufacturer says it is.
I love it... plug in, turn it on and print.
