Update: I’ve had this for about a month, and machine shuts off ahead of the timer. I also have a hard time getting it to turn on, as the drawer has to be shut really tight. Don’t get this model.

I’ve been wanting an air fryer for a LONG time, and finally broke down and bought this one. I had a hard time figuring out how to release the basket at first, but figured it out. The directions helped with cooking times. My food came out pretty good with very little oil. I have one major issue-you can’t read the temperature dial. I’ve never seen tinier font in my life. I put my glasses on which I only need for reading, and still can’t see it. I have better than perfect vision too. I just winged it. This should be digital with the technology these days. I don’t know how this even is sold with that font.By stephanie on June 3, 2018

I had planned to buy an air fryer for close to a year. I kept reading reviews, would put one in my cart, then change my mind. I finally decided on this one. All I can say is Oh My Goodness! I wish I would have bought it a year ago. I don't deep fry anything because not only is it not healthy, I can't stand the lingering smell in my house. All the things I have been making in the oven-fries, fishsticks, onion rings, chimichangas, spring rolls, chicken nuggets, etc- come out tasting so much better in this air fryer. I used no oil for most things. I did use 1 tbs canola oil for the chimis, and 1 tbs sesame oil for the springrolls, just to give them the restaurant taste and texture. I was surprised that there was still oil to be poured out after, so it doesn't soak into the food much. I would definitely reccommend this item. I have been telling all of my friends. I tried to add a few pics, but it only allowed one, so I showed the chimis to show size. I cooked onion rings on top of the chimis. Every thing came out crispy.
