UPDATE: They sent me new beaters, and first day I made a cake, and one of the beaters bent. I called and got my money back. Do not buy this model, look for something with thicker beaters!!

The actual mixer is great, fast, lots of speeds, and could be way more powerful if it had decent beaters. This happened to mine (see pic), the 3rd time I used it. The actual spoke of the beater separated from the shaft. I have had this 32 days, so it was not eligible for return. So I called Amazon, they called Black and Decker, and I have a new set of beaters on the way. BUT, I would not buy this product again if I had the chance, on the sole reason of such shoddy beaters. I was surprised receiving the product in it's original box as I selected the option for this product be packed (not exposing the product content). But unfortunately, the person processed it probably was half awake and missed it.
