I'm a woodturner and needed a small oven to dry and cure wood. I didn't really need it to be new, just so it worked. The only thing that was wrong with it was a dent in the top that wasn't that bad and a couple loose feet (nothing a phillips screwdriver couldn't fix). The box was beat up and retaped, but everything was in the box (rack, trays and instructions). And I saved 34$ off the normal price buying it from their warehouse. I have in the past purchased from the Amazon Warehouse as a returned, damaged or refurb item and have been very pleased with the purchase. As for the oven, it works perfect. Heats up quick and all the controls work. The only thing that I don't like (that some people might have an issue with), is the round controls are not very easy to grip and turn. It would have been better if they had wings on them so you could get a better grip on them. Other than that I'm pleased with this oven, and like any electronic item, only time will tell how well it will hold up. So if you want to save a few bucks, there's nothing wrong buying from Amazon Warehouse if you don't mind some scratches or a dent or two!
