I am a big fan of insulated carafe coffee makers because I really dislike the taste of coffee that's kept warm with a burner. They call it a burner for a reason.
It's simple to operate, easy to clean, has a little indicator to tell you how long ago the last batch was made, and oh yeah, it makes a really tasty cup of coffee that stay quite hot for a long time, and the second cup tastes as good as the first.
The only thing I have my eye on is the little thumb button that opens the carafe for pouring. It seems a little flimsy, and it just invites using it to get extra leverage when opening and closing the lid. We'll see how it holds up to the ham-fisted guests we have in our rental condo. If it was just me using it, I would have no worries.
Reasonably priced as well. Highly recommended.

We use this camping and it doesn't make hot coffee if the source water is extremely cold. Example, It didn't work well in Yellowstone in June, the coffee was lukewarm on cold mornings due to cold overnight temps.
Another thing to note if you are older or have glasses is that the display is difficult to see.
All and all, it is a decent coffee pot, uses less power, works as designed and most importantly, make good coffee. I would buy again. Longevity is TBD.
