It it just amazing from seeing the perspective of the world that tsutomu nihei created! this is by far my favorite story and my only regret is that i didn't know about BLAME sooner. 2017 is definitely a year to remember and I'm very happy to have come across such beautiful art, thank you Mr. Nihei. The Final volume of the master edition BLAME 6 is almost here, DEC 12 2017. check out nihei's other works - biomega & knights of sidonia. one more thing : BLAME! the movie is getting a sequel and viz media has the distribution rights but no word yet when the blu ray/dvd will be released, the sequel will be released on Netflix 2018 . you can stream the movie on Netflix along with knights of sidonia

The story at this point is more character driven with explosions and monsters rather than fantastic dystopian "tech-scapes." Book number five is the 3rd of this novel and it is definitely a different book now. More dialog, more characters and it's sad that it is coming to an end.
