I like the fact that they stay flat and could be folded under just like a coil book.
Each page had a spot to enter the date and page number at the bottom.
You can tear the pages out as well as each is perforated or if you want to move pages around that an also be done -- it's quite a versatile type of coil binding that is used (they call id MiracleBind) and they even have a video on YouTube.
The quality of paper is also very high, nice bright white with light blue-grey margin and lines across.
I also like that they provide a page of 'stickers' at the end so that you can create tabs, and professionally mark your books (front and spine). There is also a very handy plastic pouch at the end which is double-sided to drop in random paper or other items.
This is one of the only note books that I've seen where they give you a survey to fill out and a TOLL FREE fax to send it to.
I purchased the less expensive book from an office supply store (same price as on Amazon), but they also offer another version of the book that has a leather look to it and looks even more expensive.
Either book you buy I think you will be very happy with them. Again - slightly more expensive than the regular coil books our company provides but these are more professional and look good on a shelf.
The first page includes a color coded index, and every page has a spot for the date and page # if you want to put one.
At the end of the book, there is a heavy weight plastic folder with one paper sized pocket, and two 3 inch stick-note pockets. I use the stickys as book markers and to put notes on the pages - it works since the paper is so heavy.
There is also a page of stickers you can use as dividers on the pages, and to label the front and spine of the book (there is a spot for it).
I don't always write things down, but when I do, I prefer using Blueline NotePro Notebooks.

Sturdy, easy-writing notebook. Love the mostly concealed wire binding and the paper is pretty good to write on as well as being fairly quiet while writing.Published 15 months ago by Mickey Elam
