Let me start out by saying, I am cheap, I hated spending so much money on this stroller, but after hours and hours of research, I finally decided to give it a go, and I am so happy I did!! I love, love, love this stroller! I am a mom of a 7 year old, a 3 year old and a 1 year old. I have had many many cheap strollers over the years (I wish I would have just bought this years ago instead of wasting so much money on those cheap ones). I bought this stroller specifically for jogging. I was looking for something that would be tough and durable on the road, through a grassy field or in the dirt, and I found it! No, the front wheel does not swivel, but if you want to run with any jogging stroller, you MUST lock the front wheel for safety. The last jogging stroller I owned had a swivel wheel, but I never unlocked it because if I did, it would wiggle constantly. Turning the stroller does take some getting used to, you cannot turn it and leave all 3 wheels on the ground, I just tip it back a little onto the back tires and continue running.

I am more than impressed with this stroller! So, here is the good, the bad and the ugly:

-It glides like a dream on flat ground, it's a struggle pushing it up hill, but that is to be expected when you are pushing 36 pounds of stroller loaded down with at least another 70 pounds of kids and all the things the kids need to drag along with them. But, that has made for some amazing workouts! When we are going back down the hill, the brakes are awesome! Most swivel wheel strollers don't have brakes, so just be aware!

The positives:
We bought this stroller for our twins. Going for walks with two 22+ pound babies is a challenge, especially in our neighborhood where the roads aren't the greatest, and there are hills. We were hesitant on spending the money on this stroller, but we're glad we did. It glides so easily, you barely have to put forth any effort. It can handle the rougher terrain and is much easier to get up those hills. We had a front-to-back double stroller prior to this, and it was so cumbersome, and heavy to push.
The seat belts are great - they definitely cannot get out of them, so we know they're safe in there.
I also like that it's divided in the middle. We had another side-by-side, and there was no partition between the babies. They kept picking at each other, stealing toys, etc. This stroller prevents that.

The negatives:
Because the front wheel doesn't swivel, it is a little more difficult to make turns (especially when going places where you need to go through a door). We BARELY fit in a standard size doorway, but you need to be angeled just right.
I also don't like that when strapped in, they are somewhat reclined - even in the most upright position. They like to sit up and look around, so being locked down doesn't make them the happiest.
Even folded down, it's still big. And it's heavy. There's no good way to load it into a vehicle, and it does take some maneuvering. I have an SUV, so I don't know if/how it would work in a car trunk.

I have had the BOB Sport Utility Duallie Stroller for over a year now. I wanted to wait and post a review after I had used it extensively. The only reason I bought this stroller was to run. I run at least 4 times a week and am currently training for a marathon. I bought this to push my 4 year old and 1 year old during my runs. Both kids fit perfectly and there was room to grow for both of them. I really do not like that the negative reviews on this stroller have to do with the fixed front wheel. This is an amazing jogging stroller, meant for running. The fixed wheel is necessary when running! It is very dangerous to run with a swivel wheel in that it may swivel just as you hit a bump and could cause the whole stroller to flip. This stroller takes some getting used to as it isn't easy to push two kids around while running no matter what. Once you get it down and get comfortable with how it moves, I feel it is a great stroller for a runner. The only con I found with it, was that it was hard to get it to track straight. Mine always ran to the left. This was easily fixed as I took it to a local bike shop and they did it for me for less than $10. It now runs perfect! A great investment if you are planning on using it as a jogging stroller. If you are planning to walk, then I definitely recommend the Revolution.

This is well built, sturdy and my kids love it (ages 6 months to 6 years). It does great off road and on stairs (at the zoo). folding and unfolding is super easy. It is narrow enough to fit through my doors which are 3 feet wide minus the couple inches width of the door. One note, this stroller does not turn easily since it does not have a front swivel wheel, but it is not supposed to. However I have had no problems pushing two 30 lbs each kids in the stroller and have to tilt it back off the front wheel to turn it, and I am small framed and light weight in size. I would not hesitate to purchase this same model again if I needed to.
