From the Author
A: It's getting crowded in online venues. In the course of research for this book I followed many books' Twitter promotions. Many authors spend $25 to $40 for online promotions which lead to three to ten sales. That's a loss for the author.
Q: How do authors benefit from offline marketing the most?
A: All media outlets have followers and subscribers who appreciate the outlet's output, hence they are more inclined to buy books from authors who are featured on the channel or in the publication they like. Indie authors can pitch media outlets free. When we combine these two facts it becomes clear why pitching media is a perfect way for indie authors to get their work showcased.
Q: How did you become an expert in this field?
A: Since I studied film and mess media and also worked in the industry I love pitching TV-stations and magazines. My own books have been featured in the SUCCESS magazine, in Entrepreneur, on Bloomberg's Biz podcast, NBCNews, and hundreds of other publications and podcasts. As a result some of my books sell even in Amazon's Japanese and Mexican web stores, and in all European Amazon stores.
Q: Why is it important for self published authors to have their books added to library collections?
Q: Lastly, why did you not title this book a "naked (no fluff)" book like you other books?
A: In a way "BOOK MARKETING: The Funnel Factor" is a "naked" book because it delivers the knowledge without "fluff."

Anyone who followed the presidential election, and the days since, cant attest that the media has become an even more powerful tool to gain attention and fame for one's ideas. Just check out YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook. These platforms are inundated with paid and unpaid promotions for books. It seems everyone is writing a book these days. And it's easy to get on social media every day and copy and paste a post to promote one's books; however, the truly dedicated authors are finding new paths to reach their target audience.
This easy-to-follow guide is the perfect tool to help authors expand their reach into libraries and other media outlets. I highly recommend it - worth every penny!
I received an advanced reading copy of this book from the author.
All this self-published writer did was go online, found information and rehashed it. You can find that same information for free.
This book is only good for one thing ... to burn it.
