Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar With the Mother changed my life. I drink it at lunch and right before bed. I mix a few ounces with a cup of soda water and a few stevia packages. I like the taste of vinegar and that concoction is quite good - but I may be unusual in that respect. The point is I sleep MUCH better. The change was palpable after I first started it. I had no idea that it could help sleep, so I did not know why I was getting full nights of sleep and even remembering dreams. Eventually, I figured it out. It has worked as a sleep agent for only a few of my friends but most never manage a regimen like me. If you go this route, you'll need to drink it daily - at least before bed (one hour prior). It started working for me within a week of starting using it. I'm guessing though that it does not work for everyone for helping sleep - but its help as a probiotic for digestion was another significant benefit. Best of luck that it works for you. Lack of sleep sucks to put it bluntly...

I soak them with the apple cider vinegar in some water for about 15 minutes and rinse very well, as it stripes of all the chemicals on the produce. I also clean my pots with this product, as it take out all stains and leaves them sparkling. I also put one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink it. It helps with breaking down the carbs in my diet. It is a very good product to have in your home.
