This is about Bronagh turning 21 and we get to see how Dominic and Bronaghs relationship is going 3 years on.
I absolutely loved this book as it took us through Bronaghs birthday and I couldn’t believe how sweet Dominic was and all the surprises he did for Bronagh. He was so adorable but it wouldn’t have been a Dominic and Bronagh book without a fight, but it was a fight that they needed to have to really move on and make there relationship stronger.
I felt Bronagh was a little lost in this book, everyone around her had their future planned out and she was just fluttering through life and it was getting her down. She knew she had the love of Dominic and he was his usual self in this book. It was nice to see them work through their problems and look toward the future.
I loved how we got to see the other characters and this book really set us up for the next story

So, I had mixed feelings about this addition to Dominic and Bronagh's story. It's Bronagh's 21st birthday and Dominic takes her to do things on her "special day". Some of the things he does/gives her are awesome and sweet but some of it seems like it's set up to purposefully cause her angst/embarrassment and I felt it wasn't the best way to give someone a "special day". Overall, it was an interesting addition but I some of the stuff left a bit of a sour taste...If the author was going to go where she did, I think it should have been a longer story to explore things more rather than leaving it off where it did.
* note - I listened to the audio version and the narrator did a great job.
So glad I went back to read this one! I really, really liked it!!
Dominic was a complete sweetheart; so funny, charming, cocky & sexy like in all of the other books. I have to admit, I was a bit surprised with the whole "grow up, Bronagh" talk since he's plenty amped up as well but I get what he was talking about.
Excited to see where things go for this crazy couple as the series continues! :)
Yes I wasn't happy with this book but honestly I love this author and can't wait to buy the next book after I get paid.
