Definitely a Good product!

I just got this product not to long ago. My first impression out of the box was here we go again another cheap speaker mic that I paid a lot for. (I was impressed though I live in jersey and I got regular shipping and it came the next day at 9am very impressive) However on closer inspection I saw that the the wire going into the speaker mic and the radio was reinforced. I then test out my audio with two radio I set one up in the living room and in my room I was using it in my room and I couldn’t even hear a difference it sounded amazing! Later on another ham radio buddy confirmed this while I was using a repeater. The only other thing that caught my attention was the audio jack at first seems to small to fit however you just have to really push down and Vice versa for taking it out. The only fault I could was in the curling of the wire they kind of looked weird (see image attached) but nothing was harmed it was a result of the packaging. Overall it’s a great speaker mic and it’s really nothing fancy just plug in and go!

This has proven to be as good of quality as the OEM mic that comes with our Motorola BPR40 radios at work. (PMMN40xx series remote mics).
UPDATE 2019-05-11:
Due to how impressed with the first unit I received, I ordered a 2nd unit recently so I can have one live in the car, and one live at work. The 2nd unit is rather underwhelming, similar in audio quality to the $12 units for Baofeng radios you can find on Amazon. However, the saving grace, is that the headphone jack seems to pass-through, such that the audio quality with an earpiece will be maintained. (Just the built-in speaker that sucks - it sounds very tinny.)
Interestingly, it appears my 2nd unit may have been manufactured BEFORE the first unit I received - even though it was purchased nearly two years later.
Also, the 2nd unit I purchased, has a slightly different connector molding, and the cable seems to be more tangled out-of-the-box than the first one was/is.
