Product Description

The Bababib is designed to teach and aid your baby while holding a bottle. Specially designed for easy release. The Bababib sits lightly around the infants neck and can be pushed away effortlessly when the baby wishes. Equally important, the stretchy elastic keeps the bottle snug and prevents bottles from falling onto unsanitary floors. The Bababib has a cut away design that allows the baby to hold the bottle. In turn the Bababib teaches the baby the necessary motor skills to hold a bottle and eventually become independent. Feeding time creates a special bond between baby and parent. Though breastfeeding is best for babies, the original Bababib is always ready to lend a helping hand.

I am a mom of two children. I have a 16 month old and a seven week old baby. I use the Baba bib daily for my seven week old, he is able to push it out when he does want to drink and it absolutely is a lifesaver when I need two pairs of hands like feeding my 16 month old and my seven week old wants a bottle:)Trust me I recommend this to all moms.

We purchased 2 of these for our twins. Thought it would help not as a "hands free" solution but to assist with the middle of the night feedings holding one in lap while having hands to help feed the other or what not. Anyway.. it is very bulky and doesn't work it's to much of an incline.

This is priceless. My son hasn't developed the coordination to hold his bottle yet, but he loves this. He can hold the soft pillow and I can tell he likes the independence. It also comes in handy when I'm shopping or driving. he can feed himself with this and he's only 3 months- A must have for busy parents!!!

I edited my post because I noticed that my son get wet sometimes if he doesn't drink fast enough. There's a dripping issue.

We do foster care for infants which means we have used this with several children. For us, this has a duel purpose 1) we both work and often have newborns when other parents would still be on leave. Couple that with babies who sometimes have feeding and motor skill issues and feelings can take a long time which isn't practical when we have to get out the door in the morning. This allows us to get ready and feed a baby at the same time. We keep them in view and arms length at all times. 2) the above mentioned motor skill issues also mean they sometimes can not hold a bottle on their own when they should. This helps them learn to hold it as we continually place their bands on the bottle while it is in use. We have found they are more likely to keep their hands in place with this than when we are holding them and the bottle in our arms. Since we have starting incorporating this, we have found the babies can hold their bottles sooner because they don't get frustrated by having to learn both hand placement and how to support the weight at the same time.
This also works well in a pinch on the go in the stroller if stopping for a feed isn't possible.

Obviously, this shouldn't be used all the time but for one or two feedings a day, it is a great tool.

Bought this pillow on a whim in pink for my fourth daughter. She is currently three months, and learning to hold her bottle and grasp at items. So far we love it, and it has been such a lifesaver for us. I have four kids ages 10,9,3 and 3 months. It is difficult for me to divide my time between everyone, and I always feel like someone is not getting enough attention. I have ended up putting my three month old down in the bouncy seat or swing much more than I ever did with my older girls. As such we have ended up bottle propping more than ever. I know that you are not "supposed" to, but I have used this pillow every day multiple times a day. I can't always hold my baby for the entire length of time it takes her to finish an eight ounce bottle in one feeding. I'm always in the room when it is in use, I never leave her alone with it, and I also never lay her down flat with it. I have noted several times that since this pillow is so light weight, she has the ability to "swat" it away or turn her head if she's finished or needs to catch her breath. I have not tried to wash it yet, although it now needs it. My daughter is now used to it, and calms down once I get it situated on her chest. She likes how soft it is and wraps her little fingers around the sides when eating.
There is no substitute for good parenting, but at least I don't feel that my baby is starving all the time while I am dealing with helping the older children.

Even though you will only use this for a few months before they can hold the bottle themselves, it is a lifesaver if you have twins! It is difficult to hold both twins at the same time so having this as a back up comes in handy. I highly recommend.

i have a 2 year old and a 3month old this product gives me a extra set of hands espically when my 2yr old needs me at the same moment I am feeding my 3mo. However Its works best in the bouncy or carseat because my son is 16lbs and he can easily move it off of him so i think if the baby cannot sit up yet it may be eaiser to put them in the bouncy.
