These door safety locks are way better than the stick-yourfinger-in-the-door/drawer type. They work really slick. If the 3M tape provided holds on the cabinet surface they are a breeze to install with the included jig. The 3M tape held fast in almost all our applications. The tape did not adhere to one cabinet (for whatever reason???). Installation without the 3M tape was quite a different story; doable, but not nearly as easy as when the 3M tape worked. Definitely watch the installation video referred to on the packaging. Lots of good tips that make installation much easier with or without the 3M tape. Best door/drawer safety locks we've found.

I wanted something that was not visible. Ordered these and took only minutes to install. They work really well. The instructions do say you have to let the adhesive set for several hours before pulling the doors opened. I installed them around 7 pm and by 10 am they were fine. My kid cannot open the doors, but my husband pulled one of the doors aggressively not knowing it was child-proofed and the adhesive came off, but we fixed it right away with no issues. They also include screws if you want to install them more securely, but we did not use them. Overall, great for the price.

Good value compared to other products on the market. Wish the adhesion was a bit stronger and it would be easier to adhere to different surfaces. Does the job overall. I have a couple of clips that I have to open them up with my finger to have them catch on the other side.

We have tried multiple child proof locks and this is so far the only thing that has worked consistently with our wild two year old. My son who is two likes to pull all the clothes out of the drawers and climb in them. Huge mess for me and super dangerous for him. I originally got a different set from another brand you screw into the drawers. He pulled it and broke it within 5 minutes.
I’ve had these magnetic locks on for over a month and they are not budging and have COMPLETELY deterred him from even attempting to open the drawers. 10/10 recommend this product. I’m gonna buy more to give to my mother and mother in law for Xmas to help child proof the house. I love these and honestly so foolproof to install.
