I have used smokeless tobacco for over 25 years. I used a minimum of a can a day. I have tried to quit on numerous occasions. It was extremely tough, and I failed each time. I was told about this product by a couple of other smokeless tobacco users, who have recently kicked the habit by using BaccOff. I made my order and gave it a shot. As stated by the company, you have to adjust to the flavor, as you would in changing tobacco brands. This is absolutely true. It didn’t smell great or have a great taste to it, but I adjusted after a couple days. It doesn’t pack like typical smokeless tobacco, which would really be my only complaint. After just a few days, I got over the nicotine and tobacco cravings. I have not purchased or used tobacco in almost 2 weeks. I couldn’t be happier. I now just have to ween down the oral fixation part of the addiction. There is no question that this product helped me kick the habit. Super pleased and thankful. I recommend it to anyone who wants to stop chewing.

I was really unsure of this product at first because I have tried everything to quit dipping, but I really just enjoy the act of dipping. I have been dipping for 18 years, and about a can a day for 15 years. The latest has been grizzly wintergreen long cut. For the past 6 months, I really started to notice a lot of gum retraction and my lip being a little weirder than normal and I knew it was time to quit before I started losing teeth. I started with 10 cans of baccoff. I mixed 1 can baccoff to one can of grizzly, essentially halving the nicotine and I did this for a week. I noticed on the first day that my mouth wasn't as sore as usual, and actually felt a little better. The texture is a bit different than normal dip, but it isnt waxy like other fake dips. The taste is different too, but it actually tastes pretty good. So I can't say that I have quit completely, because as of now I am mixing 1 can of grizzly with 3 cans of baccoff, but I am down to 1/4 of the nicotine per can and about 1/2 can a day, and my lip feels like a baby's butt. The beauty of this stuff is the fact that I'm not munching all the time on food, and I can still dip during my regular routine, I'm just not getting all the toxic crap and nicotine like before. I highly recommend this product.

I’m a Vet... Copenhagen has been with me through some rough days. Chewed a can a day for over 20 years. I would get nervous just thinking of quitting... I slapped on a patch and got some Baccoff and surprised at how little I miss tobacco. It’s a great safe alternative... I don’t see myself chewin this for the rest of my days but it’s sure been helpful while quitting chewin bacca....

Like my title says, it does the job but the product itself has a lot of flaws. I used Skoal wintergreen for a long time, then I switched to Black Buffalo which is a tobacco-free dip that has nicotine. So this is not my first tobacco free product, that said, this specific tobacco free product is poorly put together. There are other alternatives to tobacco out there that are far more premium and pack much better, taste better, and feel like actual tobacco dip.

The cut is horrible, they call it rough cut, it’s more or a chunky chop-cut that is smaller pieces than long cut, and does not pack well at all, so it moves all around inside your mouth; this is due to the moisture inside the can and in the dip. Tobacco-free products all share this in common, dependent the herbs used they float around your lip and don’t pack well, that’s why this is no exception to the rest, the best brand I’ve used is Black Buffalo, they are truly pros at the tobacco-free game, now that they make tobacco-free nicotine-free I highly recommend them.

Finally, the cost of Baccoff is a joke. You’re charging people $3.50 a can for this garbage mint leaf chopped up in a can with added molasses and flavor. Baccoff is trying to make the money of a large dip brand while selling you a dipping alternative. This should be $1 a can or less, the can has a plastic body, plastic lid, cheap sticker-like labels; same as Longhorn brand dip yet they’re only $2 a can and have both tobacco and nicotine…

A word to the unwise, if you’re quitting dip for a few weeks don’t buy this and brag about no cravings within 2 weeks; there are no cravings quitting cold turkey within 2 weeks either. I quit on Aug 20th, 2021, today this review on Oct 13, 2021 I have never craved dip more than just a few times, it’s all about your habit of when you did it, not the nicotine itself. You get next to no cravings for the first month, you don’t even get side effects until one month in to quitting. Go cold turkey, learn to get off of it and step depending on it. If you go back, you’re weak. Be strong and just don’t do it, it’s not the end of the world. Then use Baccoff sparingly if you crave the lip bulge. Your body will think it’s getting dip because of the burn the mint flavors create, but don’t use this straight out the gate like the brand recommends, it won’t work for the long term.

I think this product is garbage and I won’t rebuy it, based on what I said above. I have it so I’ll use it, my best advice for anyone is just suck it up and go cold turkey, buttercup. It isn’t impossible, just takes willpower.

Is it like normal chew......eh kind of. It's close enough.

I have a very determined mindset, so I decided to quit nicotine use after 15 years basically. I've been using this for the last month. Not a single time have I wanted a normal chewing tobacco.

This really taste and feels like the real thing. Only difference is fact it falls apart easier in your mouth and out of it. Which sometimes sucks because it goes all over.

Nothing else to say. If you are trying to quit Nicotine all together, and chewing is the only or main source that you use. This will help if you want to quit. If you don't want to quit, nothing will help.

Enjoy dipping without being reliant and poisoning yourself.
