Top Customer Reviews
To this adult "kid", I was over-joyed by the detail put into this car. From the gull-wing doors that open, the cables wrapped around the car, Mr. Fusion behind the rear window and even the red dirt staining the windshield, this car is very well made. Lifting the hood, you are provided with a toggle switch. This gives you the option of the in-the-box lights and sound display or the option for the random light and sound display that changes every time you push the button. In the random selection, you are treated with everything from the engine starting to the famous 88 mph time machine sounds. When the blue lights surrounding the car activate, it brings back a lot of fun memories. Lifting the doors, you are treated to more detailed lighting of the flux capacitor engaging.
Over all, the car, while a toy, really isn't designed for a kid to play with. It's well made, but I can tell you that the gull-wing doors would probably be the first thing to break off with multiple play times. The only downside I see with the car is the hood lid. It doesn't lock down and could very easily snap off. That's a very minor downside though. This is definitely aimed more towards the adult collector.
