For a new item the box was trashed. Item did appear new except it came with no hardware. It was cheap but still a nuisance to get. It was metric for the wing nuts. 10 3/8 washers. It should have two per pole, 4 total. It is all together somewhat flimsy. I don’t see how it could hold anything up to its’ weight limit. I’d keep it to 8lbs max before bending
