Update: I've used the bag a little longer now and the biggest issue is some of the zippers get caught as I'm zipping them. The zipper path becomes kind of wavy so I have to wiggle it around a little to get it to go. It's not enough of an inconvenience yet that I would return the bag since I do like the style. Customer service is helpful. The button on the changing pad broke after a few uses and they replaced it for me.
Original review: I've only used it for a couple days but I like it so far. Very cute and has so many pockets I didn't know what to put in them. It does have a smell to it but it honestly doesn't bother me because it's just an odd smell, not a stinky smell. I have stuff for my almost 3 year old daughter, 6 week old son, and myself in it and still have room. When I lift the bag with all of my stuff inside it's heavy but it's not noticeably heavy on my back. The big front pocket (with the mesh pocket) sticks when I try to zip it but not a huge deal. I'm not sure how well the insulated pockets work for bottles, they're a bit narrow for my MAM bottles so the insulation doesn't really even touch the bottle but it's ok for a quick trip to the store.
